A big gap of leadership was found in the Pakistan cricket team regarding captaincy when captaincy was taken back from Shahid Afridi after West indies tour. Than whole story of unnecessary issues was told from PCB and Shahid Afridi. Afridi did not like that way of sacking him from captainship and some how media wasn’t told clear information on which Shahid Afridi was removed from captaincy. Than Misbah-ul-haq who was already the test side captain of Pakistan, was made captain of Pakistan team in all formats with Hafeez as vice-captain.
Afridi’s NOC to play county cricket and other leagues was dismissed, and former captain sued PCB on this dismissal, some how PCB and Afridi managed to clear their problems and their issues were resolved and Afridi was provided NOC, during this confrontation, Afridi had been given retirement from International cricket. Pakistan’s cricket fans and some sports analysts believed that his retirement was not necessary and especially fans rejected his retirement, and still they want him back in the team.
After all that, Pakistan’s coach initiated a new topic of succession management of captaincy which is a good sign of leadership decision making. Thats mean we have to plan and groom our upcoming captain as misbah is already 36 or 37 and definitely he will not be available for next world cup in 2015. In my point of view we have to add three players in the top 11 of our squad which are Muhammad Yousuf, Shoaib Malik and Sohail Tanvir, they are MUST be in Pakistan team. Sohail Tanvir who led Rawalpindi Rams in Faysal bank T20 cup 2011 and won the title and media experts of sports appreciated his leadership, so he must be in the team and should be groomed for next captaincy and off course Hafeez, who is already vice-captain. Hafeez and Sohail both have qualities to communicate and contact well, they are good cricketers and can be polished for captaincy.
Hell Well’ post does not im going to tell you a horror movie’s story, but it is the horror situation of Pakistani politics. As media is focusing on people’s demand of good governance by PP government. Sometimes media horrifies government by different quoted deadline of analyzers that government is going to be takeover in December or near march. PML-N so called opposition hates when called friendly opposition’ but it is truly a reality that they are just passing time and claims that they don’t want to derail the democracy but in real they are deceiving Pakistani nation for catching their next governing tenure. It’s not hidden any one. People are judging this understanding between PML-N and PPP. But intellectuals and media assume that PML-N is losing her strength due to friendly opposition and on not standing against government for basic rights of nation. They can call long march for judges restoration but can’t for eliminate load shedding. Why they don’t do long-march to pressurize government to pay the dues of oil and power companies to end load shedding? Why they don’t tell people that there is no load shedding in Pakistan. It is just blockage of government payments to power generation companies. Few days back before 15 of last december there was no load shedding. Analysis were being made on TV channels that demand and supply is equal, technically it’s in equilibrium position means balanced. How power shortage can suddenly come in winter? There is no AC, fans usage going on in Pakistan. It’s just massive part of bluffing people by government. I beg to media to become more concerned about load shedding because load shedding is just ending industries to small businesses, everything!
And most importantly PML-N should be a proper opposition for people’s rights. Forget about dreaming for next government. It’s too far! I mean it will take atleast 3 years!

Finally interesting qualifying match for semi final place from group A was played on 30 sept. Australia won by 2 wickets against Pakistan and jumped to semi-f. Australia’s victory has thrown india out of the tournament. Indian media already started criticism! So Dhoni Xl’ reach home safe dears!
Congratulations Pakistan team! A great team effort against india. I have been waiting for this match. A very historical cricket played by Pakistani team especially M. Yousuf and Shoaib malik (made second highest runs partnership from Pakistan against india – 206 runs). Highest ODI partnership of 230 runs played by Ijaz ahmad and Saeed Anwar in 1998 against india. Now india needs to beat both Australia and west Indies to survive in ICC Championship and Pakistan is almost secured to play semi final. Indians of course not happy on this loss. Their media and people blame and criticize more than Pakistani people and media on our team when team loses. They should not react like extremists at the lost of game. I remember how Ghambir abused Pakistani supporters near pavilion when Pakistanis were shouting and enjoying the victory moments …
